Summary

Perform a wide range of duties related to maintaining the functionality, cleanliness, and aesthetic quality of the company's office and plant based on a defined, detailed list of tasks and frequency of execution.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop and vacuum all floors and mats daily
• Ensure the office and breakroom are clean and dust-free
• Ensure the plant floor is swept daily
• Clean and stock all restrooms and locker rooms
• Ensure break room is stocked and order supplies as needed
• Change filters in the molding and compressor rooms as needed
• Practice safe work habits and follow all production safety rules when in the plant

Qualifications

• Subject to periodic drug screening
• Flexible work hours
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job site
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Trustworthy, dependable
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills

Education & Experience

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to clean thoroughly

Physical Demands

• Lift up to 20 pounds
• Reaching, bending, stooping, climbing, lifting, and walking for the entire shift are necessary parts of the job
• Wear personal protective equipment when in the plant as required by the safety rules
• Demonstrate adequate dexterity and stamina
